Quotes and Estimates

Submitting a quote request or conversing with our digital assistant provides an estimated cost based on the scope provided. Final booking confirmation, arrival windows, and flat-rate contracts are validated directly by our dispatch team.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that closing dates and closing delays happen. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if your schedule changes so we can adjust our crew allocations without penalties.

Customer Responsibilities

For condo and high-rise moves, customers are responsible for booking elevator time slots and securing parking or loading dock permits as required by property management.
